Come to Shelby Bottoms as we prepare to join millions of people around the world to make a statement against climate change by turning off our lights for one hour. Nashville has been selected as one of six American flagship cities to participate in this World Wildlife Fund event. Our skyline and many of its iconic landmarks from the honky tonk clubs to the Shelby Street Bridge will go dark for an hour.
Program begins at the Shelby Bottoms Nature Center for an introduction and continues at the Shelby Street Bridge to watch the city’s lights go out.
